How does it work?

Simply follow these steps:

  • When making a purchase and you are asked for your PIN number or prompted to choose “credit” or “debit,” choose “credit” and sign.
  • Be sure to sign the sales receipt when available. In some cases, you won’t need to sign a sales receipt, such as paying for gas at the pump or shopping online. Just choose “credit” and you will receive the same benefits.

Remember, any signature based transaction big or small qualifies.

How will I know how many points I’ve earned?

You will receive a quarterly statement reflecting your points balance, or visit www.scorecardrewards.com anytime and see how many points you have to spend.

iLockBox

Depositing your accounts receivable payments is labor intensive and time consuming. With iLockbox, our staff processes your accounts receivable payments and makes your deposits timely, safely and accurately. iLockbox provides you with the ability to download all payment information directly to your accounting software, allowing your staff to be more efficient and productive. Also, iLockbox is a web-based solution allowing you access to your information anytime. You and your staff can research any relevant information online in seconds, not hours or days.

How iLockbox works:

  • Your customers mail their payments to you at a special Community Bank of Florida post office box.
  • Bonded couriers deliver the envelopes from the Post Office to Community Bank of Florida’s processing site. Our staff opens the envelopes in our secure processing center and processes the payments, preparing a deposit to your account the same day.
  • On the morning after processing, all payments, reports, and transaction files are available to you online.
  • Transaction files can be automatically downloaded to your accounting software for posting.
  • Any exception items, such as “no coupon” payments, will be corrected online by your staff on the morning following the processing of your payments.
