Summary:
The Customer Service Associate performs all or a combination of the following retail responsibilities in a banking center; paying and receiving transactions, making referrals to the appropriate area. Performing basic inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Skills & Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Light typing
- Operation of calculator, encoding machine, currency coun-ter and computer terminal.
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
