deposit operations assistant manager

Job Status: Full Time

Location: South Dade Region
                    Main Office

Summary:

To assist the manager in a variety of functions such as; Department deadline meetings, cross training of personnel and ensuring smooth workflow of all areas. Ensure that all processes are complete and timely with the Deposit Operations area including returned items, adjustments, research, ACH, document imaging, general ledger account reconciliation’s and customer service inquiries.

Skills & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of banking experience
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience a must
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Business and/or Banking related coursework preferred
