Job Status: Full Time

Location: South Dade Region
                    Perrine

Summary:

The primary responsibility is to supervise the overall daily activities of the CSA’s to ensure timely and efficient banking services are provided to customers. Assist CSA’s as needed with customer service and with balancing. Report major differences to the auditor and Operations officers. Ensure weekly overtime, absence reports, etc., are properly completed and turned in a timely basis. Balance General Ledger daily. May be required to open a CSA window and/or handle the ATM. Assistant opening new accounts when necessary.

Skills & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service, banking, and cash handling experience
  • Excellent communication, administration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to supervise a team
