At Community Bank of Florida, we are committed to providing a competitive salary and benefits package. We offer company paid and employee subsidized programs.


Our financial benefit plans that we offer are:

• 401(k) Retirement Savings & Profit Sharing Plan
Employees who are age 21 or older, who have completed one year of service, and who work over 1,000 hours per year are eligible to participate in the plan. Participants may elect to defer up to 25% of their salary through pre-tax payroll deductions and invest in several funds. Community Bank of Florida will match $.50 cents per dollar of your contribution up to the first 6% that you contribute. Additionally, a discretionary allocation may be approved and distributed to participants at the end of the year depending on the company's performance and profits.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our EAP is a confidential, 24 hours/7 days a week free service available to all employees and their dependents. The program offers excellent referral and counseling services for stress management, child/adolescent problems, financial problems, alcohol/drug abuse, and emotional difficulties.

• Educational Assistance
All full-time and part-time employees who have completed one year of service are eligible for our tuition pre-paid program. Community Bank of Florida pays 100% of tuition and 50% of textbooks for one class per semester. No service commitment required.

Additionally, full-time employees who have completed three years of service are eligible to enroll under a tuition contract. Qualified employees receive 100% of tuition and 50% of textbooks pre-payment towards a full-time degree program. A commitment of one year per every year paid by Community Bank of Florida is required by the employee after graduation.

• Center for Financial Training (CFT)
Through our partnership with CFT, our employees have the capability to earn CFT diplomas for the completion of credited programs in General Banking, Bank Operations, Consumer Credit, Commercial Lending, or Mortgage Lending.

Reward & Recognition Programs
