The paid time off & leave benefits that we offer are:

• Vacation Pay-
All full-time employees after the completion of one year of service are eligible for accrued vacation pay.  Vacation pay is calculated based on years of service and may be taken before its accrued, but must be paid back if the employee terminates.

• Holiday Pay-
Community Bank of Florida generally recognizes 10 holidays.  Full-time employees receive 8 hours pay.  The holiday schedule is published at the beginning of each year.

• Sick Time-
Full-time employees are eligible for sick time after 90 days of employment.  You may receive sick pay for up to 6 days due to illness or injury within a calendar year.  Employee can use up to 2 sick days as personal days if approved.

• Leave of Absence-
It is in the policy of CBF to grant employees leaves of absence under certain circumstances. The following types of leaves will be considered.

• Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  Leave of Absence Employees are eligible if they have completed at least one year of service and 1,250 hours
• Personal Leave of Absence
• Military Leave of Absence
• Jury Duty Leave of Absence
